At SensitHaptics, we stand behind the precision and quality of our tactile feedback technology. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your hardware within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original anti-static packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and peripheral components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked transit to our testing facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
